Draught at the braugasthöfen
Hazy blond color; generous head. The aroma is hoppy, delicate and elegant, a bit grassy, with light beeswax. It has a quite dry malt flavor, with semi-dry grass, and light residual sweetness. The bitterness level is correct. Fresh and highly drinkable, well balanced, even if easy.

Bottle. A golden beer with a nice white head. Buttery, bready nose with a fruity touch. The flavor has some butterscotch too, quite biscuity, with a decent fruityness and bitterness. Smooth, medium mouthfeel, and a fine bitterness in the finish. I could easily do without the butterscotch, but it’s a quite pleasant beer anyway. 091024

Bottle, 5.2%. OK yeasty aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is also nicely yeasty. There is a little fruity lager flavour. Distinct clean bitterness. Seems slightly unclean in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Fresh hay and barley malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Barley malt and grassy hops flavor. Nice smooth kellerbier - very hoppy for the style.
