330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, miimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally phenolic, yeasty spicy aroma, notes of honey, banana, baked banana, minimally starchy, pale malty undertones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, minimally starchy, pale malty, yeasty fruity, minimally phenolic and slightly bitter hoppy, minimally diluted hints of honey, some banana, baked banana, a touch of clove, some grassy hop.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, very dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Rather sweet and a tad monotonous, nicely hopped at least, in parts a Blonde (or Heller) Bock that stops short of becoming a fully-fledged Weizenbock - OK.
