Cask at Alibi Room, Vancouver, as "Belgian white with coriander and bitter orange"
Cloudy but bright amber color with generous compact head. Mild fruity aroma. Undercarbonated, fresh temperature, smooth mouthfeel; the flavor is moderately fruity, unfortunately it’s also quite yeasty, therefore there is a strong metallic feeling, and the final is overly bitter and a bit astringent.
The coriander and bitter orange are less evident than expected.
Flawed.
