2013-06-29 and 2013-06-22, growlers from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier; brewed 8 May 2013
Hazy blond color with a greenish hue; generous soft head. It has the usual crispy malt aroma, with some cereals and straws, very nice, with delicate fruitiness. Smooth and dry mouthfeel, good malt flavor with mild crispness, very light feeling of residual sugars in the end; regular to strong bitterness, well balanced, with a bit of grassy touch, not as good as noble Hallertau, but interesting still.
Perfect beer for the summer.
