Bottle at La Cave à Bulles, Paris, 10/2014
Cloudy dark blond color. The aroma is initially earthy, very nice, then fading. Smooth mouthfeel, with a nice body presence; good dry malt profile, with a delicate hint of cereals; strong bitterness with a light grassy touch.
Harmonious and complete.
