Draught at Lortica, Bologna
Hazy amber color, with creamy and persistent head. Nice aroma, at first there are fruity hops, then some yeast, malt, butter. Malt and caramel flavor, dry mouthfeel, with strong bitterness. In the final there is a light astringency, and yeast impression.
Think of an American Amber Ale, more than an APA, or a Bitter with a stronger and more pungent hopping (not fruity).
Good, but can be improved.
