The bottle looks good, the assortment all in all a bit boring. The label says, the beer is amber-coloured, but it’s much dark. I never saw such a dark kellerbier. Starts malty-roasty, a bit smoky. The finish shows notes of plum - all in all a bit washy. Not so good!

50 cL bottle, comes as Schinner Premium Kellerbier, 4.9% unfiltriert. Pours clear, golden and hazzlenut brown with a huge and tan head. Light roasted malt and mild breadish aroma. Flavour is mild spiced, breadish and with a light bitterness. Dry bitter and spiced finish. Lingering breadish and dark fruity dry flavour.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Mahogany colour, rich creamy head. Roasty burnt malt dominate the nose. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Notes of raisin and coffee. Low bitterness. Leans more towards a dunkel with it’s clean malt profile.

Unclear amber brown with a bubbly head. Malty caramel sweet & light roast aroma. Medium light body. A bit sweet nutty & fruity flavor. Short finish & quite tame kellerbier overall!

Lecker! Test vom 23.2.2007 Noten: 9,11,12,13,11,12 - 11,65
