Hazy golden color; giant head. Delicate aroma, fruity (apricots), with notes of old wood and some notes from the Sherry. Sweetish flavor, malt, lighty fruity and woody touch, low to medium bitterness. The oak aging works well with this beer.

Beautiful golden to light amber color, hazy, with a fine perlage; medium sized compact head. The aroma is initially fruity, almost like cooking a jam, then some vanilla notes from the barrel appear. Correct body strength; like the other beers, there is a good malt presence, immediately compounded by the jam, and by the strong alcohol too; correct bitterness. Very good.
