Fles 50cl thuis. Caramel, wat chocolade, licht zoet, droog, noot, roasted malts, bittertonen. (10-10-2020).

Bottle. Pours clear copper brown with airy beige head. Clear aroma of yeast, malt and caramel, with mild hoppy touches. Bitter, roasty and hoppy flavour with notes of caramel malt and yeast. Estery and roasty aftertaste with caramellish hints. Not bad but nothing really impressive.

Bottle, 5.2%. Faint spicy hop aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is mildly roasted. Slightly bready. Late liquorice note.

Many thanks for this beer from Craft Brauer to Mariusz. Bardziej zblizony do polnocnego stylu Schwarzbier niz do bawarskiego klasycznego dunkela. Ale wyglad ladny, przejrzysty ciemny. Smakowo karmel, slodowosc i zimna czarna herbata.

Aus der Flasche 2015-12 getrunken. Ich mag den Stil normalerweise, aber dieses Dunkle kommt etwas unharmonisch daher und es schmeckt mir zu bitter. Ansonsten ist es ok.

Bottle. Light brown with a beautiful head. Aroma of caramel and malts. Taste is roasted malts, toffee, caramel, nuts, dark chocolate and a hint of smoke. Medium to strong carbonation. A tad bit watery. Decent Dunkel but not my favourite.

Flasche 0,5l: Kastanienbraun, leichte Trübung, deutlicher mittelporiger mäßig stabiler Schaum; würzige Süße in der Nase, Malz, Malzzucker, Getreide, Karamell, kräftige Röstaromen, leicht rauchig, dunkle eingelegte Früchte; würzige Süße im Körper, Karamell, Malz, Malzzucker, Röstaromen, cremig, deutliche Kohlensäure, Haselnusschalen, etwa Kaffee; angenehmer würzig-trockener Nachgang

Bottle. Brown color, beige head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste malts, caramel, toffee, brown candy sugar, sweetness. Decent to medium body, average carbonation. Ok.

[backlog] 23-04-16 / bottle. Brownish colour. Strong malt aromas. Sweet, with notes of caramel, hints of chocolate. Okay dunkel. I started rating my beers with Untappd and a few basic notes. Now I want to rate them on ratebeer. So my rating sometimes lack some information. Just ignore it, it is for my personal statistics. Untappd-Rating 2.75/5
