Un assemblage de pommes douces et amères donne à ce cidre un éclat léger et parfumé, idéal pour les personnes qui aiment un cidre plutôt sec, en accompagnement des repas salés.
Pour un apéritif original, nous vous suggérons de mettre une larme de liqueur de cassis dans votre verre, avant de le remplir de cidre, vous obtiendrez ainsi un Kir normand ou breton (c’est selon !)

Hazy, deep blond color; no head. It has a very fruity aroma, fresh, red apples, and light hazelnut. The mouthfeel is quite weak and extremely dry; it has a citrusy fruit character, not much of apple, and a quite sharp acidity; the final is dry and has a very light astringency. Somehow too dry and sour. Interesting but extreme.
