Draught at the brewpub
Amber color. Aroma of cherries and marzipan. Like the Ambrée, it has a rounder and sweeter body than the Blanche and Blonde, it doesn’t have the yeast flaw of the Ambrée, it has a sweetish caramel flavor, and like the others the hop infusion was probably too long and the bitterness in the final is a bit disturbing.

Cloudy red amber color, nice creamy head. Strong fruity, cherry flavor. Sweet, a lot of cherry syrup; maybe artificial, but enjoyable, easy to drink. After the syrupy taste, the final presents some hop bitterness. Not too bad (and if compared with their Blanche à la Pêche...).

From tap at the brewpub as Biere a la cerise. Pours clear and golden amber with a small white head. Aroma is solid almondish, light sweet to citric cherry fruity too. Sweet marzipan and cherry flavoured. Sweet and slight sticky finish. Lasting almondish impression.
