Hazy, dark amber color with copper shades; it still has a good carbonation level, the head is initially generous, it reduces quickly but a thin collar is still present. It has a light aroma of caramel and a very light sour and vinous impression. The body is quite thin and dry, surely the age; light and dry caramel flavor, and as expected, a weak and short final. The age didn’t oxidized this beer, but the sugars have been completely used.
I’m happy anyway to finally try a beer from this long gone Swiss brewery.
