Gold with a frothy, white head. Dank corn and cardboard aroma. Taste has a very mild bitterness with the usual sweet tones of the style just underneath. Light-bodied. Tolerably refreshing on a hot day. As Silke says, don’t compare this with beer, where it fails miserably, but with water, which makes it a touch more interesting..

Bottle. Corn-barley malt and grass hops aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet barley malt and moderate grass hops flavor. I like that this isn’t as sweet as most NAs and has a nice hops flavor. Not too bad for an NA.

Bottle 33cl.Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, grain, cardboard, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acrid bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091004]

Small white head quickly disappears. Yellow body. Thin mealy aroma. Dry-acidic mealy straw and rubber taste with light hoppy notes. No real aftertaste. Thin-bodied. Did not enjoy. (0.33l bottle, Thüringer Hof, Leipzig.)
