From old tasting notes. Amber orange color. Bubbly beige head. Faint malty nose. Bitter toasted malt flavor hints at nuts.

Copper coloured body-slightly hazy with a medium-sized dense tan head. Aroma of slight low a.a. hops, caramel and caster sugar flavours with a good malt backbone. Aftertaste clean-nothing going, but a bit of caramel. Overall, a decent beer, definately different for the style, but worth a try! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from the Brickskellar in Washington, D.C. on 26-December-2003.
