Roast and some dark chocolate. Very even and nicely done. Black pour with great carpet of head, great lacing. Soft carbonation similar to a Guinness in texture. Creamy consistency. Note of nut and coffee in the finish, which is bitter with a little caramel. Tap at brewery.

Charcoal nose. Cloudy cola brown, thin head, decent lace. Charcoal with walnut hints. Medium body, easy carbonation. Heavy char.

On tap at the brewery pours a cola brown with some tan head. Nose has chocolate, tamarind, marzipan, chocolate. Flavor is sweet with malt and chocolate and tamarind, rootbeer, marzipan, a little molasses chew. Finishes mostly dry.
