This “simple” golden Brett beer began its journey last December. It spent a month in stainless, then four months in French oak that was freshly emptied of red wine before getting fermented again in the bottle where it conditioned for three months.

50cl bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has passionfruit, a little armpit, rotting lemons. Flavor is lemon and orange, floral, passionfruit. Medium bodied, medium acid.

Peach, light apricot and citrus. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Finishes tangy. Alright. Bottle.
