Cloudy medium amber colour, huge mostly lasting frothy off-white head, heavy lacing. Aroma wheat malts, banana, light lemon, cloves, yeast. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter and a light acidity, yeasty. Yeasty sweetbitter aftertaste, banana, lingering spicy bite, medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. A fresh and well-balanced weizen, good.

Many thanks for this beer to Mariusz. Genialne chyba jedno z najlepszych, a moze i najlepsze piwo jakie pilem.

Tap @ William K, kurvi. Poured deep amber color with a thick white head. Aroma has ripe banana, clove and candy notes. Flavor has wheat, sweet ripe banana, mild spicy notes. Sweet long finish with banana candy and wheat. Sweet but ok drinkability. Quite tasty.

Tap at Watering Hole. Nice fluffy white head. Light banana aromas with some fruity esters. A little thin on the palate, but easy drinking. A simple, straightforward hefe. A little boring, but OK.

Kaum Herbe wahrnehmbar.
--> Ein klasse mild-rundes Weizenbier. Mild, süßlich-malzig und toll hefig! Test vom 17.2.2009 mit 5.0% , Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,13,12,14,12,13 - 12,85

500 ml bottle into weizen glass, unknown bottle code. Pours very hazy orange copper color with a 2 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big banana, orange peel, lemon zest, pear, apple, grape, clove, wheat, bubblegum, bread, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, malt, and hop notes; with good strength. Taste of orange peel, banana, pear, apple, grape, lemon zest, wheat, bread, bubblegum, clove, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Light wheat tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of orange peel, banana, pear, apple, grape, wheat, bread, bubblegum, clove, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of fruity/spicy yeast, malt, and hop flavors; with a nice malt/fruitiness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a moderately creamy, smooth, and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice Hefeweizen. All around good balance, robustness, and complexity of yeast, malt, and hop flavors; and very smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
