330ml bottle [as Kleines Helles]. Opalescent, amber colour with average to huge, dense, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, bready pale and minimally caramel malty as well as minimally doughy yeasty aroma, weak, grassy, minimally strawy hoppy overtones. Taste is grainy, bready, slightly strawy, pale and minimally caramel malty, some residual sweetness with a touch of honey, doughy yeasty overtones, weak, hoppy counterpart with a minimally metallic touch. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Very old school - OK.

Als „Kleines Helles“ - optisch dunkles Gold, feiner Schaum. Schöne behäbige Perlung. In der Nase Malz, Getreide. Im Trunk malzig, sehr malzig, leicht bitter, bisschen plädderich. Würde ich geografisch eher im Pott verorten. Weit weg von einem bayerischen Hellen, auch qualitativ.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma a mix of herbs, honey and metal. Taste is mildly bitter, picking up slightly at the end, which is grassy, grainy and just a touch metallic. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Fairly run of the mill Helles, but not bad.
