In the 80’s, American brewers revived the near defunct British IPA with a version 50% hoppier and stronger than the original. Although the style continued to intensify over the decades, our founder Tom stayed true to his classic recipe that features the four C’s of American hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus. The City Beautiful IPA was born in Orlando, crafted for the city we love and it remains a dry, yet refreshing, crushable, classic American IPA.

Draft at hotel pool at Univeral. Orange body little flat. Nose is faint citrus and pine. Tatses of pale malt, herbal hops, pine, orange. Weaker bodied. Ticks tick

Draft at the MCO Priority Club lounge. Cloudy yellow-orange color with a white head and decent retention. Good lacing. Light hops and citrus aroma. The flavor is strong, bitter hops and no citrus flavor. A little boozy finish. For hop heads only, so count me out. Medium body and medium carbonation. Strong bitter finish. Tick.

Pine and orange peel. Decent malt. Golden amber pour with decent head. Decent body, and easy drinking. Can.
