Milchig trübe goldgelbe Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig fruchtig, etwas Banane. Geschmack fruchtig, leicht bananig, wenig würzig, hefig, Ester.

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours hazy golden with a small white head and lacings. Nose and flavor is sweet of wheat, banana but has a good level of orange peel and citrus involved. Very fruity. Medium and smooth palate. Ok

Hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and malty notes. Flavour was sweet with yeasty, banana and wheat notes. Finished dry.

Bottle, 5.1%. Weak aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. OK stable white head. The flavour has a little citrus, bit of lemon peel. Hint of malt, but also some grain.

Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091002]

Frischer Antrunk, hefig, leicht säuerlich. Während die Hefigkeit konstant bleibt nimmt die Säuerlichkeit zu, das Bier wirkt spritzig, aber nicht sehr vollmundig. Zum Agang hin etwas malziger, die Hefigkeit nimmt deutlich ab. Zuletzt herber. Test vom 30.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,9,9,8,8,9 - 8,90
