Earthy and bitter like freshly picked dandelions, Cheap Bouquet is nothing but extraordinary. This wild sour ale was dry-hopped with Nelson and Hallertau Blanc after being open fermented with PhillySour yeast. This newly isolated wild yeast strain was discovered on a tree in a Philadelphia graveyard. We hope you enjoy how the acidity and bitterness play together on your palette!

Lots of bitter dandelion just like the description says. White wine and grapefruit. Murky yellow pour with good head and lacing. Sharp bitter tangy finish--a bit sharp around the edges for me. Tap at Shaw brewery.
