Herbal, Bitter, Spicy. Sunbeam WHIP was brewed with Premium Pilsner malts and Hallertaur Hersbucker hops. After fermentation we “wet-hopped” the beer by adding freshly harvested Sunbeam hops locally grown in our Brewing Director’s backyard.

A distinct aroma of dishwasher fluid. Not sure if this is off due to infection or just badly cleaned tap lines. Golden pour with ok head. Maybe grape must? Not sure, but not super pleasant. Tap at brewery.
