Like every beer in our Estate line, we regeneratively farm 100% of the grain in Outset. You can watch the cereals grow from the Biergarten. Really.
It’s mashed with water drawn from our natural source here at Wheatland Spring.
Fermented with yeast native to our farm that we wild-captured in those same grain fields.
The energy used to brew this and all of our beer is renewable.

On tap at Wheatland Spring, clear gold, big cap of white head. Beery. Malt corn and some sugar. Candy sugar. Flavor follows. Leads with yeast. Mostly dry, astringent finish. Weird. 6 4 6 3 12

Perfume florals and citrus. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Crisp finish that comes off pretty dry. Tap at brewery.
