Bonjour Pierre is a Cold IPA brewed with toasted rice and flavored with rosebuds, rose petals and rosehips for an appealing whiff of a summertime garden inspired by a lazy stroll through the grounds of the Rehoboth Art League. These sensations are complemented by a blend of French hops that are floral, herbal and fruity with aromas of geranium, peach, strawberry and thyme.

I still haven't determined properly what a cold IPA adds to the flavour of an IPA in general but this is decent. It's cold. It's an IPA. Golden pour with decent head. Grapefruit and fairly rich tangerine. Pretty decent balance. Crisp finish but pretty light on bitterness. Light to medium body. Tap at brewery at Rehoboth.
