Disig brun med offwhite skum. Lukter malt, karamell og aprikos. Medium bitter. Smaker Aprikos og brød.

33 cl bottle. The aroma is overrripe vegetables, not that pleasant .A bit hazy, amber color. Medium head, average retention. Flavor same as aroma but more on the fruit side and bread. Quite an odd IPA

Grapefruit and pineapple rind. Orange amber pour with ok head. Some bitterroot. Bitter finish. Malty. Old school style IPA. Bottle.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33cl - Batch L67/2017IPA (BBF 22.04.2019). AROMA: medium-high vegetal-like aroma (cabbage), with a mild "green" background aroma and caramelized malt. APPEARANCE: ambar color and clear. medium-low ivory head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium vegetal flavor, medium-low toffee-like malt background (almost stale). faint cereal husk. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that endures. PALATE: medium body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an IPA at the end of its shelf life with odd aroma that resembles somekind of contamination.
