Bottle. A brown beer topped by big beige to tan head collapsing rather quickly. Roasted aroma with some dried fruits, a hint of dms and cellar, and a little sourish touch. Some sweetness in the flavor, a little milky sourness in the back, roasted coffee-like up front. Full body. Roasted and slightly sourish finish. Lucky it’s a strong, dark beer, else the sourness would probably be too evident. 100513
