A beer so tasty, the style that it’s based on is named after the “Devil.” When you brew a beer that is both flavorful, clean finishing and a bit
higher in alcohol, it can be far too easy to enjoy one or two. Our Belgian style Golden ale combines the tasty flavors of European pilsner malt, with the balance of Belgian hops, and the spiciness of a traditional belgian yeast strain. Prost!

Amber with a large foamy white head. Dryish and yeasty with band aid and a bit of fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Florals and coriander. Some cumin. Golden pour without much head. Some lime. Very nice for style, as nearly all their beers are. Light sweet finish. Nice stuff here, in a style I love. Tap at brewery.

Jellied, golden boy, not much head. Pepper, malt, simple syrup nose. Bit meh. Bittersweet, candi-sugar(?), white pepper, stronger than I want acidity seems like the house flavor. Lingering numb bitterness is nice. Slicks finish that is more greasy than sugary. Noticable body, stiff enough, a bit jellied. Okay.
