Our signature style of IPA marries the best of both coasts. This version was hopped with Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin and boasts fresh apricot, passionfruit, lemon peel, light pine and a soft white wine finish. Hoppy, but slightly juicy with a clean malt finish.

Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Tropical fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, resin. Good.

Ha! Knew Solidfunk would love this. He's a sucker for Nelson. 16oz can pours a hazy lemon yellow with some lacey white head. Really nice nose, light tropicals, perfume, flowers, some orange. The malt backbone of this beer is really simple and designed to let the hop schedule shine, tangerines and pineapple, a little Tang. Finishes just off dry.

Tons of Nelson, which is the bomb for me. Rich grapefruit, some tangerine, pineapple. Pours hazy yellow with ok head. Finish is mostly crisp, with only a little hop tang. Tap at brewery.
