(Bottle, brew no 209, 6.7%) Golden colour with brief, airy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with notes of yeast, citrus, honey, hay and coriander. Fruity, slightly wheaty taste with citrus, orange peel, honey, pinapple, spicy hints of coriander and a slightly citric finish with a mild touch of alcohol. Medium body, slightly sweet. Quite nice.

Bottled 750ml as nr 207 (brewed 03/2010, PBF)
Golden color, small white head. Strong white peppery aroma. A bit flat mouthfeel. A bit sweetish banana, earthy-cellary notes and some cardboardish notes. Not very fresh anymore.

Bottled. Golden colour, no head. Rather flat. Aroma is wheat, fruits, earth and mild herbal notes. Flavour is wheat, spice and mild spices and earth. It would be better if it had carbonation.

Bottle labeled as Bøgedal Nr. 209. Hvede. ABV. 6.7%:
Pours a pale brownish, hazy orange colour with a small head. Refreshing citrus aroma. Flavour is coriander, orange peels and sourish winter apples. Very refreshing, would be wonderful on a hot summer day.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at KØ-10. As Hvede Bryg 209. It’s a hazy, orangey yellow beer topped by a small, white head. Banana, wheat and some yeast on the nose. The flavor is pretty much the same, tasting quite hefeweizen-ish, although it’s supposed to be a wit. Nicely carbonated, medium body fullness. The finish has a little bitterness, some spices and fruityness. A really nice wheat beer, but I think it misses the style if it’s supposed to be a witbier. 100507
