On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso splendide e intense notte di frutta esotica, agrumate, citriche e di resina. In bocca è equilibrata, splendida, base di malto media, chiusura mediamente amara, leggermente più dello standard di Alder, secca e pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Altro piccolo capolavoro.
