Lemon with peel. Golden pour with decent head. Light bitter finish with a hint of tang at the end. Cask at Luppolo 12

Cask @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata carica, velata, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di erba tagliata, terrose, maté. In bocca maltata all'attacco, biscotto, amaro contenuto a bilanciare magistralmente il tutto. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Molto british. Lacrimuccia.

on tap oro carico leggera Velatura discreta schiuma note terrose un po fruttato buona luppolatura un filo astringente discreta secchezza piacevole finale amaro
