We slightly altered our recipe for a classic crisp saison by adding a small addition of rice together with malted rye and wheat to produce a light, refreshing brew perfect for the spring. Azacca and Mosaic hops contribute light herbal hoppy notes together with subtle citrus aromas, while a spicy Saison strain adds classic farmhouse character.
