Cask (handpump) @ The Edgar Wallace, 40 Essex Street, London, Greater London England WC2R 3JF.Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask@The Edgar Wallace. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wood, berries, toffee and some mild fudgeish notes. Flavour is toffee, wood, cream, mild nectar and also some fruityness.

(The Edgar Wallace, cask) Pale amber color, small white head. Honeyish hops in the nose. Honeyish malty flavor, with some nutty notes. Short hoppy finish.
