Passionfruit, lemon, grapefruit. Some lychee. Murky yellow pour without much head. Hop tang green onion finish. Tap at Union Market location.

Thick and chewy looking straw yellow coloured, not even golden, with an orange-juicy glow that has a fairly large three centimetre tall off-white soapy head on top that leaves an ugly lace on the sides. Aroma of citrus fruits, lemons, grass, hay, soft alpha acid bitterness from the hops with a bit of dryness, too, but still a lot of citrusey notes. Light to barely Medium-bodied; Crisp, very grassy and citrusey flavours shine through everything else, with a light wheatie note, some hay and perfume, but this all finishes with a pretty astringent, aspartamey, fake sugar flavour. Aftertaste is dry, lemons, perfume and wheat come through, as does some hop bitterness and floral aspects, with a pretty good balance, and almost no alcohol at all is noticeable here. Overall, a nice, dry and citrusey IPA that goes down pretty easily (it shows it's six per cent ABV and only that) with a good citrus bite. Good to sample, especially extra fresh and recommended to all who like the style, but some of the aspartame notes are a bit funky. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from The Beer Cave @ Bob's Sunoco in Callaway, Maryland on 10-May-2022 for US$4,50 sampled at my house here in Washington on 14-May-2022.

White grape and lemon zest nose. Hazy amber, thick head. Sweet lemon, biscuit, white grape. Medium body, moderate carbonation.
