Back in May, we were thrilled to host our friend Lily from Denver’s Cerebral Brewing right here at Ardent. Under Review was born from her and Tasha’s shared love for lagers, but also big aromatics in beer.
Starting with a classic Pilsner base, Under Review was brewed with Zuper Saazer in the boil and of Citra in the whirlpool, then dry hopped with HBC 586 to bring a big, modern, tropical IPA aroma. Under Review pours crystal clear with notes of scuppernong grapes, mango and citrus. This west coast pilsner is our new favorite crisp summer time crusher!

More like a pale ale or IPL in flavour. Lots of pineapple. Some green onion. Bitter end with some astringency. Can.
