Loosely inspired by the cousin to Foreign Export Stout known as Tropical Stout, Kaleidoscopic Images of Love is our collaboration with the loveable coffee nerds at Ocelot Brewing Company. Featuring a sturdy base of the inimitable Maris Otter, and buoyed by over 20% oats by weight, this behemoth has prodigious flavor reminiscent of freshly baked oatmeal raisin cookies dipped in dark chocolate. However, the true star of the show is an Ethiopian natural process coffee called Laayyoo, which brightens the beer with exotic notions of macerated blueberry and caramelized sugar.
