Cloudy orange-red color with small head. The aroma has a nice level of acidity, some vinegar, some strawberry, and a light funky touch. The mouthfeel is dry, but soft; it has a moderate level of sourness, strawberry flavor, and a pungent touch of rhubarb; a bit tannic and astringent in the final.
Refreshing and satisfying.
