Draught at the brewery (July 2015)
Brown color with small frothy head. The aroma of caramel and resiny hops is mild. The flavor of dark caramel in the front is nice, the light residual sweetness is a nice complement to the toasty notes, it has strong bitterness, a good amount of hop resins, just a bit of fruitiness; it gets a bit too bitter in the final; it shows traces of yeast.
Rustic but enjoyable.
