Cask at Pizzeria Barbarella
Cloudy dark amber color with compact head. In the aroma and flavor nothing suggests that this beer has black Cherries, also because overwhelmed by the earthy yeast; knowing that they are there, maybe a hint of fruits is detected; in Bomber tradition it’s very dusty; yeast smell; it’s moderately sweet and the high yeast content creates a metallic astringency in the final.
Amateurish beer.
