Barrel Aged fruity Sour Ale. Historical blend of a rustical saison of which half is aged 6 months in oak barrels which contained wine. Remarkably komplex, dinstinguished through the wild yeasts’ actions. Refreshring, well-balanced between sour and bitter notes, as well as an intensiv fruitiness. The ideal and surprising compromise between wide aromtatic complexity and a refreshing easy drinking beer.

Cloudy orange with great head and lacing. Light bretta, and good citrus. Great balance - everything is as it should be. Orange, with some light hay. Tart finish. Oak is light but noticeable. Tap at Churchkey.

A cloudy, golden, strongly bubbling beer, a head is clouding, big and blond. The nose is fruitfull, strongly sour, citrusfruits and green apples. Very refreshning beer that temptates to taste. Taste is strongly sour, green apples, also hint of other fruits. The end is quite dry, some spices. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Strongly sour saison where the fruitness is playing the side-role. Refreshning and good.

Tart crabapple nose with ketchup and currant overtones. Cloudy amber, thick head, good retention and adherence to the glass. Oak, crabapple, cranberry, and brett. Quite a sour saison, but hey, it’s BFM.

Zdecydowane tresciwe kwaskowate niczym poczciwy stary Lambick. Wspaniale piwo sezonowe z wielka slomakowa i trwala piana. Koloru zoltego z jasno pomaranczowymi refleksami. Piwo przemile delikatnie kwaskowe zero slodkosci. Cala masa drozdzy i metne po calosci. Super piwo i super wrazenia. Otrzymalem to co sie spodziewalem, moze rownac sie z najlepszymi Saison z Belgii. Polecam

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a hazy light yellow with a fizzy white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has light grain with some underlying tartness with a bit of oak and light fruit. Flavor has tartness and light fruits/tropical fruits up front that allow a bit of belgian yeast and oak to come out in the finish.
