It is a really good beer, well balanced between a side sour and sweet with the fruits, high carbobation, orange/yellow color and troubled, 11.11.2016, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at the ex boissons service, Prilly.

Backlog October 2013. Unclear golden orange body under a big, white head. Aroma is fruity with hint of lemon, slightly funky and all over very refreshing. Taste deliver in accordance with expectations from aroma, light and refreshing with some fruity complexity, mild acidity, slightly funky and balanced bitterness. Balanced body with the same refreshing aftertaste. A really nice Saison.

Bottle at home. Wonderfully complex aroma of tart fruits, Bretty funk, citrus, zesty orange, oak, light malty, spicy notes, apricot. Flavour is tart and medium sour. Body is medium. Wow, this Saison is something else entirely, it leaves most ’competitors’ way behind. This almost akin to a Lambic, wonderful complex Bretty funky and sour, amazing!
It's a muted saison, but it's good as hell.

medium golden color. Light brett. Citrus notes, oak, Belgium yeast, . Slightly tart. Big dried fruit and yeast finish.
33cl Bottle recommended and bought from Premier Gourmet. Nose is tropical fruits, a little sour funk, a little sweet. Wow bright fresh taste of apples, stone fruit, tropical fruits, some light funky sourness over a grassy sweet malt, ending with a little sock funk that shows the oak. Super well balanced. Really exceptional.
