The eternal rivalry between hops and malts has produced this complex, delicate Black IPA with a long lingering taste.
Just like its creator Torikage, Biirukatsugan is profound, reserved, but uncomprimising. The piny and dank hop bitterness and the roasty, dark chocolate malt flavor co-exist in the same beer, balancing and complementing each other.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Can at HK Brewcraft. Black with a large tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, hops, citrus and some licorice. The same in the taste. Medium body and bitterness. The finish was a bit dry.
