SBC3 marks our third anniversary crafting our beer in honor of those who serve our country ,and we humbly continue our duty of donating a portion of our revenue to support them. Thank you for helping achieve our mission as we dedicate SBC3 to all of the charities out there making the world a better place.
Inspired by a dessert cherished by our cellarman, we celebrate the Big 3 with a complex Wheatwine Ale brewed with a Savannah Bee Co honey, vanilla bean, and milk sugar. Smooth with notes of honey, candied fruit and caramel, this brew is one to celebrate!

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Hazy dark amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes gradually. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of malt, fruit, wheat and hops. Medium to full body with flavors of caramel malt, vanilla, wheat and fruity hops. The finish is wheaty and sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle, thanks Tom. Hazy golden with a small head. Sweet with alcohol, malt, caramel and light hops. The body was full.
