A: clear golden, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: grapefruit, pine, onion, sweat, citrus peel, melon.
T: sweetish melon, bitter grapefruit, dank onion, bit sourish.
F: piney hops, bitter grapefruit, dank & citrusy.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
All the good qualities of a quasi-West Coast.

Lattina. Il naso vira verso frumento e luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è normale e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si percepiscono note di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e mandarino.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold, medium transparent, with no foam. Aroma is citrus and a little fruity. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter, even in the final.
