Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, grasig, würzig. Geschmack angenehm würzig malzig mit minimaler Bitterkeit im Abgang.

Der Geschmack ist frisch-süffig, in Nachgeschmack ists ein Bißchen herb-wässrig. Aber insgesamt doch ein schönes rundes Bier! Test vom 10.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,8,10,9,12,10 - 9,85

50ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy aroma, light strawy and husky notes, a spicy touch of hay. Taste grainy, pale malty, dry strawy, minimally soapy; slightly watery.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, modest dry, some spicy notes. Finish still mild, flowery-hoppy notes, quite drinkable. Nice!

500ml bottle from Cask Pub and Kitchen. Lager gold colour with thin going head. Very clean in mouth and aroma. Good hop in the mouth. Touch metallic on carbonation. Damn good though.

Bottle 50cl. w. swing top @ home.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, dusty, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear golden coloured, bigger and stable white head, sweet-grainy to pale malty nose, backed by a tinge of spicy hops; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, becomes a bit dryer towards the sweet-grainy finish with some aromatic hops. (swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and slowly lacing foamy white head. Strawy and soft grainy malty aroma with fresh herbal hops. Medium-bitter flavour, strawy malty taste, the body is fuller than expected; crispy mouthfeel; almost dry, sweet-bitter finish with fine herbal hoppy accents. Clean and fresh Helles.
