Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden, medium off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is really solid, oaky, white wine, Brett, hints of leather earthy, blue berry. Flavor is light plus tart, oaky, tannic, white wine, hints of cereal, lemon, light Brett funk. Complex and nuanced. Light body. Stellar.
