The next release in the series is Lil’ RBF Session IPA. The original RBF was so good, we wanted to bring those same characteristics to a session-able hoppy pale ale. Using large amounts of Simcoe and Citra hops, Lil’ RBF is definitely more delicate than its monster Imperial cousin, with heavy notes of grapefruit, citrus and melon.

Tap. Pours clear pale amber, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is nice, grapefruit, pine, perfume, hints of mango. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Pretty good body for a session, then you realize that its 5%, which is pretty high for a session. Enigma explained. All in all a solid IPA.
