[ As Coisbo New York ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, light bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, light fruity - citrus, bread - floral notes. 100ml on tap at Taphouse Copenhagen. Clear golden body. Spotty lacing from a tiny white head. Smell of pale malts added by a citric touch. Lemony hops and grainy malts to a fine balanced taste profile. Discreet bitter endnotes. Medium bodied. Decent version of the style (29.04.2015).
