Cask at the Brunswick Arms. Black with a damson tint and a thin cream head; thin in the mouth, slightly vinous, but then developing a sustained dry mild bitterness with dried fruit flavours; sultanas and apricot.

Cask@Derby Winter Beer Festival 2007. Black beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly roasted, and the flavour is mild and lightly roasted. Overall a gentle beer.
