This beer was created using 2020 harvest 'Shiro' plums grown organically at Filaree Fruit in Okanogan, Washington. This beer represents the harvest of a single old plum tree. The plums were refermented on a blend of barrel fermented and aged mixed culture beers made from barley, spelt, and wheat.
Thanks to JC for continuing to trust us with his fruit. Refermented to condition in the bottle with raw Washington honey.

Bottle thanks to Steve. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is plum skin, oak, floral, yeast. Slick body, funky, plum, honey, light acidity, very nice.
